URAQI en el Décimo Aniversario de Casa Las Cujas

URAQI at the Tenth Anniversary of Casa Las Cujas

In a memorable evening, Casa Las Cujas commemorated its tenth anniversary with an exclusive private dinner in the commune of Vitacura, highlighting the rich cultural and culinary diversity of Chile and Latin America. This event brought together a dozen renowned chefs and sommeliers, both from Chile and other Latin American countries, in a celebration that underlined the unifying power of gastronomy.

One of the star dishes of the evening, prepared by the restaurant's culinary team, led by chefs Antonio Moreno and Juan Pablo Raide, included a selection of local products such as king crab, sea urchins, truffle and our acclaimed Uraqi caviar made from Chilean sturgeon. This exquisite combination captivated the most demanding palates of the guests, among whom were prominent chefs such as Rodolfo Guzmán, Gustavo Sáez, Kurt Schmidt, Mitsuharu Tsumura, among others.

The event not only celebrated the tenth anniversary of Casa Las Cujas, but also the opening of its new location in the Barrio Patagónico, which promises to continue being a culinary reference point for both locals and international visitors.

URAQI's Chilean sturgeon caviar was, without a doubt, one of the jewels of the night, reflecting the brand's commitment to bringing the best of Chilean nature to the best restaurants in the country and the world.
