At Uraqi, we are dedicated to creating luxury products that connect with nature in its purest form. Located in Peñaflor, at the foot of the majestic Southern Andes, we take advantage of the crystal-clear waters that flow from glaciers and rivers, preserving the natural essence in every step of our process.

With over 25 years of experience in fish farming, we have perfected our techniques to offer the best of Siberian caviar (baerii). In 2015, we took a new direction and, with a solid foundation of knowledge and dedication, we specialized in the sturgeon farming, producing fresh, preservative-free caviar of incomparable quality.

Every product we offer, whether caviar or sturgeon fillet, is free of hormones, vaccines and antibiotics, guaranteeing an authentic, sustainable and healthy experience.

Our Process

Our Siberian sturgeon families are raised under controlled conditions that replicate their natural habitat, ensuring a perfect balance between tradition and technology. This allows us to deliver a fresh, silky and delicate product on the palate, with eggs ranging from 2.7 to 3.0 mm in unique shades ranging from dark grey to olive green and amber.
